This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
At DemiraySoft, we respect your right to request the deletion of your personal data. This page explains the steps to follow to have the data we hold on demiraysoft.com and on the software products we offer through demiraysoft.com, as well as the access tokens of the social media accounts you have connected, deleted.
1. Removing the social media connection yourself (fastest method)
If you only want a connected social media account to be removed, you can do this yourself without submitting a request:
- Sign in to the dashboard of the relevant product.
- Open the Connected Accounts section.
- Use the Remove connection option next to the account you want to remove.
As soon as you remove the connection, the relevant access token is revoked and deleted from our servers.
2. Revoking access on the platform side
You can also remove our application's access to your account directly on the social media platform:
- Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites
- Google / YouTube: Google security settings
- TikTok: Settings → Security and Permissions → App Permissions
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted services
3. Requesting the deletion of all your data
If you want your account and all of your personal data that we hold to be deleted, please fill in the form below. Your request is sent directly to the data controller.
Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
4. What happens after your request?
- Once your request reaches us, it is logged and we may contact you to verify your identity.
- Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), your request is resolved within 30 days at the latest and you are notified of the outcome by email.
- Once the deletion is complete, your account information, social media access tokens and content records are removed from our systems.
- Records that must be retained under tax and commercial legislation (invoices, payment records, etc.) continue to be kept for the statutory retention period; these records are not used for any other purpose.
For more information, please see the Privacy Policy page.
